Henk and Peter Vos, twin brothers with a deep mutual understanding and a strong passion for quality and customer focus, joined forces to establish VossenCasas. Today, together with our team of property consultants, online marketers and process coordinators, we are dedicated to finding the perfect home for our clients. Driven, honest, professional – and occasionally a little impatient!
For over 30 years, the northern Costa Blanca has been our favourite holiday destination. Eventually, we decided to make it our home, and in 2014 we founded VossenCasas. We operate from both Spain and the Netherlands. In Spain, viewings and client support are handled by Henk, Peter and Marianne de Smet, often in collaboration with fellow estate agents and representatives of the property developers.
In the Netherlands, we visit clients at home, help them prepare for their trip to Spain, and provide information on all relevant matters. We also attend property exhibitions such as the Second Home Beurs and the Masters Expo. Behind the scenes, our team is strengthened by Mark and Ronald Vos, who handle marketing, preparatory work, and both administrative and technical support.
We offer professional buying guidance and also represent the interests of the seller. Buying property in Spain is not straightforward – it requires expertise and experience. Knowledge of the area, local developments, available properties and the purchasing process is essential. For example, the buyer does not pay commission – that is covered by the seller. And if a client decides not to buy, there are never any costs involved with us.

We’re happy to assist with the sale of your property. We begin by making clear agreements about our services and providing an accurate property valuation. Together with you, we gather all the necessary official documents and get to work. Your property will be listed on our website and shared with our extensive database of potential buyers. In addition, it will be featured in newsletters, at property exhibitions such as the Second Home Beurs, on social media, and within our broad professional network. We work proactively, creatively, and with determination!
A process focused on guidance and peace of mind. Together with our clients, we carefully establish a list of wishes and requirements. This is the starting point! We then actively search for the perfect property. We guide you through the area, identify the best locations, and within those, find the right property. We assist with price negotiations and the entire purchasing process. Alongside many Dutch-speaking professionals, such as lawyers, valuers, bank representatives, contractors, and financial experts, we handle everything that is needed. Prior to the transfer, we accompany you to the notary and are pleased to conclude the process with a glass of "bubbly."
